I am a classical and contemporary voice teacher based in Oakland, CA. I draw on my extensive training and experience as a singer, actor, and movement professional to help my students unleash their vocal potential. HEALTH and Wellness Coaching

I specialize in two main groups. I work with busy, professional women who want to improve their energy/mood, lose weight or heal digestion, and navigate hormonal transitions. I also specialize in working with athletes training for events and recovering from injury. Years of experience as a yoga teacher, athlete, and professional singer, and helping people with their various health recoveries have inspired me so much!

Private and Onsite Yoga

Private and group yoga is one of the best ways to create positive, lasting change in the body and mind. I have trained in vinyasa, hatha, Iyengar, yin, postnatal, and restorative yoga, and I have a deep personal pilates practice. I also draw on the wisdom of the Alexander technique and Feldenkrais method to inspire my teaching. I offer both in person and remote sessions for corporations, groups and individuals.
