Private and Duet Yoga
Private yoga in Oakland and online yoga sessions are some of the best ways to create positive, lasting change in the body and mind. I have trained in vinyasa, hatha, Iyengar, yin, postnatal, and restorative yoga, and I have a 10 year long classical personal pilates practice. I also draw on the wisdom of the Alexander technique and Feldenkrais method to inspire my teaching. Whether you’re seeking injury prevention, improved mobility, stress relief, or a gentle path to heal and strengthen, we’ll tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. We can do online or in person sessions, depending on your preference and location. The classes will be tailored to you and your individual needs.
CORPORATE YOGA
As employees return to the office, it is particularly valuable to offer yoga as a benefit. This stress reducing and centering practice helps build community among employees, reduce burn out, improve mobility and diminish the likelihood of injury. Classes can be done weekly, biweekly, monthly or as a workshop as desired. Contact me to inquire further!
